Following ISO 22000:2018 guidelines ensures that there are defined systems in place for the manufacturing, processing, storage and distribution of our flavour ingredients. Achieving, maintaining and improving our high standards of manufacturing, instils customer confidence in the application of our aroma products. Endeavour Speciality Chemicals also has well-defined processes to comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for food safety management.

George joined the Endeavour team in 2016 as a QC Analyst. He progressed to a Shift Supervisor and became HACCP Team Leader when promoted to his current role in 2022.
