We regularly review the manufacturing processes of routine products to ensure we are being efficient. We have Process Improvement Groups for each product, which focus on process improvement and optimisation methods. Utilising advanced manufacturing methodologies allows Endeavour to continue to improve manufacturing processes to meet our customer’s product applications. Our team aims to work closely with the customer to implement improvements without compromising product needs.

We have also adopted a process improvement across the company culture, through 5S initiatives in our workplaces.
