Commercial Announcement

To many of our customers, David Hopkins was their main point of contact. David has recently left his position as Commercial Director at Endeavour to take up a similar position with a company in the pharmaceutical industry. We wish David success with his new employer.

In the short term we are dividing the commercial responsibilities among other managers and technical specialists, but will be recruiting a replacement in 2008. We are committed to continuing and further developing our relationships with all our customers as well as expanding our range of products.

We welcome your enquiries and orders for any of our products and our custom synthesis and other services. All your technical contacts remain unchanged and you may continue to use any other existing contacts at Endeavour. If you require technical advice and do not have a specific contact, then please contact us and we will put you in contact with the relevant person.

It is our intention to make the transition of commercial contacts as seamless as possible and continue to provide a dedicated service to all our customers.

New Agent

Endeavour is pleased to announce that it has appointed Univar Switzerland as its representative in both Germany and Switzerland. We look forward to working with Mr. Hans-Peter Brader (hans-peter.brader@univareurope.com) and his team in both of these countries.

Endeavour successfully exhibited at InformexUSA 2007 in San Francisco and we would like to thank all our existing customers and new contacts for visiting our Booth during the exhibition.

14 and 15 September 2005 - PABORD Exhibition, Olympia 2, London

Endeavour Speciality Chemicals Ltd exhibited at PABORD 2005 on September 14th – 15th, stand D33. We would like to thank all those attendees to the conference and exhibition who took time to visit the Endeavour stand.

July to September 2005 - STEP Programme

Endeavour Speciality Chemicals Ltd participated in the Shell Technology Enterprise Programme. Stacie Venables, who is studying BA (Hons) Advertising with Public Relations at the University of Northampton successfully completed a project focusing on formulation and implementation of a marketing communications plan to create awareness and visibility within the specialist chemicals industry. Stacie also helped us plan the strategy, presentation and marketing for the PABORD exhibition.

10th May 2005 - The British Society of Flavourists visits Endeavour

BSF members were invited to an evening hosted by Endeavour and R C Treatt, our global distributor to the flavour and fragrance sector. The evening included a tour of the manufacturing facilities and a "virtual meal" featuring some Endeavour products. Everyone agreed it was a very successful evening.

December 2004 - Successful ISO9001:2000 Audit

We had a successful ISO9001:2000 surveillance audit with no non-conformances.
We are working on the auditor's suggestions to continue improving our systems.

August 2004 - New IT system

We have implemented a new Materials Requisition Planning (MRP) software system. The system is designed to enhance and improve the service to our customers by increasing efficiencies in purchasing, stock control, manufacturing and delivery. We will be able to plan our production and stock levels (products and raw materials) to meet our growing and developing customer requirements. The MRP is an integral part of our philosophy of continuous improvement and we look forward to further developing our business relationships with existing and new customers.

July 2004 - Health and Safety News

As part of our ongoing commitment to Health and Safety we are pleased to announce that we have appointed First Business Support as our partners in Health and Safety for the next three years. First Business Support are specialist providers of Employment Law, Personnel and Health and Safety services to an ever increasing range of employers, professional associations and federations.

July 2003 - Relocation complete

Endeavour Speciality Chemicals Ltd has completed the relocation to new, fully-integrated premises.

Operating from a new 25,000 sq ft facility in Daventry Northamptonshire, Endeavour has invested significant resources to design and install abatement equipment, which handles volatile and highly odorous materials without impacting on the environment. This ensures Endeavour meets Environment Agency requirements and adheres to stringent Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) regulations. Endeavour also operates a fully equipped analytical department for comprehensive analysis of raw materials and products as well as in-process testing. The company is registered to ISO 9001:2000 and is a recognised Investor in People. Endeavour currently employs 30 people and is looking to recruit graduate and PhD chemists to meet increasing demand for its products and services.

We have experienced real growth over recent years.
